Arguments/discussions based on facts

Hans Rosling is fast becoming my favourite person on understanding global trends in relation to health and development.

He aims to promote a fact-based world view through increased use and understanding of freely accessible public statistics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Rosling).

I have watched the following videos from Ted (http://www.ted.com) Debunking myths about the “third world” and HIV: New facts and stunning data visuals. But then, there is more, see http://www.gapminder.org/videos/

In one of the videos he says, saying that Africa is riddled with AIDS is being both disrespectful and not very intelligent.
